🔁 Exchange / Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy under the following conditions:

Eligible for Replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product.

  • You received a wrong product or missing items from your order.

📸 What We Need:

To process a replacement, please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Unboxing video (if available)

Not Eligible for Replacement if:

  • Product is used or tampered with

  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery

  • Replacement request is raised after 7 days of delivery
